Our goal is to promote responsible alcohol service and enhance fan safety and enjoyment. Slush Puppie Place staff are trained in responsible alcohol management.

Rules and Regulations Governing Alcohol Management:

• Alcohol from outside the building cannot be brought in.
• Any person found inside the building with alcohol not purchased in Slush Puppie Place is subject to immediate ejection.
• A person may not enter the building in an intoxicated state.
• Intoxication in a public place is a criminal offence.
• Any person found on the property in an intoxicated state will be removed from the premises.
• Any person purchasing, possessing, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and must be able to produce an acceptable photo I.D. proving their age.
• Acceptable forms of photo I.D. at Slush Puppie Place are a valid driver’s license; Age of Majority Card; Armed Forces Card; Passport; Canadian Citizenship Card; M TO Issued Photo ID; Canadian Permanent Resident Card; and Native Status card.
• Out-of-province ID must be accompanied by a second form of government-issued ID
• 2 drinks per Person per transaction

While we always strive to provide the most accurate information regarding all Slush Puppie Place alcohol policies are subject to change without notice.

Only service animals assisting guests with special needs are permitted inside the venue. Please contact us at 613-650-5000 for any inquiries.

All bags will be searched before entering the venue. Bags, backpacks, or purses cannot be larger than 14” x 14” x 6” and are not permitted in the venue. For more information about entry, please follow this link.

Professional cameras, or cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at The Slush Puppie Place. The camera policy may vary depending on the event, so we recommend contacting our guest services team at 613-650-5000 for any questions or concerns. Additionally, iPads and other tablets are not allowed during concerts or special events. Management reserves the right to confiscate any filmed content taken during an event.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified with information on refunds or rescheduled dates. Please contact 613-650-5000 for any inquires.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Slush Puppie Place offers a wide variety of food and drink options to satisfy all appetites, including traditional arena favourites like Coca-Cola products, Molson Coors Beverages, Schneiders hot dogs, soft pretzels, popcorn and much more. Please note that portable stand locations may change depending on the event.

Slush Puppie Place operates a cashless policy for most events to ensure quicker, more secure transactions. However, for Kingston Frontenac games, cash payments are accepted at one designated till per concession stand. We encourage guests to use credit or debit cards for a smooth experience.

All guests must go through security screenings, including bag checks and metal detectors, upon arrival. Large bags, backpacks, and purses larger than 14” x 14” x 6” are not allowed. Only smaller bags will be permitted, and all items are subject to inspection. Guests must present valid tickets for scanning, either physical or digital. Slush Puppie Place is the proud home of the Kingston Frontenacs, a major junior hockey team in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Fans can catch all the action live during the season, with exciting games, special promotions, and family-friendly entertainment.

Our venue uses a dispersed parking model which means that event-goers can park at existing public and private parking lots and on the street rather than at the Arena itself.

For drivers, there are approximately 2,500 parking spaces in lots within a 10-minute walk (approximately 600m) of the Centre. Of these, more than 1,500 spaces are in municipal lots. More information about parking in Downtown Kingston can be found here.

Slush Puppie Place offers exclusive premium seating and suite options for a luxury event experience. These include VIP seating, private suites, and hospitality lounges with enhanced amenities such as in-seat service, private restrooms, and premium food and beverage options. Items such as weapons, air horns, lasers, illegal substances, large bags, outside food and beverages, professional cameras, and recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. Learn more about entry policies here.

Re-entry is not permitted once a guest has exited the venue, with the exception of Kingston Frontenacs games.

Patrons that are attending Frontenac games may exit through Gate 2 and have their tickets scanned out by event staff to facilitate re-entry. Upon returning, guests should enter through Gate 1, where their tickets will be re-scanned and are subject to security procedures upon re-entry. Slush Puppie Place is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the venue. Smoking of any kind will result in ejection from the Arena. For general policy and code of conduct, please follow this link.

Guests are welcome to bring strollers into Slush Puppie Place; however, they are not permitted in the arena bowl seating. Please plan accordingly, as stroller check areas are not available during events. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all fans. 

Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing partner of Slush Puppie Place or at the box office.

We strongly recommend that you obtain your tickets for Slush Puppie Place events from Ticketmaster or our Ticket Office. We are unable to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from third-party sources. We cannot honour counterfeit/invalid tickets.
