Position: Concessions Staff

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager 

Part-time hours: 8-16 per week 

Schedule: Holidays, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability 

Salary: $17.60 per hour 

Additional pay: Gratuity 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK 

• Serves food and beverages to the public and maintains cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
• Prepares and serves meals.
• Cleans kitchen and dining area and washes kitchen utensils and equipment, according to sanitary methods and codes.
• Operates cash drawer/register and makes change for payment of meals.

EXAMPLES OF WORK

• Works directly under the general supervision of Concession Stand Supervisor.
• Prepares foods and beverages served in a concession area inside Slush Puppie Place.
• Participates in cleanup activities including washing utensils and dishes in accordance with codes and procedures, wiping down counters, stocking and removing trash.
• Interfaces with the public while serving food.
• Performs other duties of a comparable level/type as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Outgoing, friendly and exceptional public relations skills. 
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation requirements. 
• Smart serve is required
