Attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive early to make the most of their concert experience. Arriving ahead of time helps avoid potential lines, ensures a smooth entry process, and gives you plenty of time to park, explore the merch stand, and grab refreshments before the show starts!
PARKING
In Partnership with the City of Kingston, our venue uses a dispersed parking model which means that event-goers can park at existing public and private parking lots and on the street rather than at the venue itself. Taxi companies in Kingston include Amey’s Greenwood Taxi, and Modern Taxi. These companies have a fleet of well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers who can make your trip to SLUSH PUPPiE PLACE safe and comfortable.
WILL CALL
Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets at any time during box office hours unless specific instructions were stated at the time of purchase. The Will Call is located at the Box Office (Gate 4). A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets.
MOBILE ENTRY

CASHLESS VENUE
At Slush Puppie Place, we have implemented a cashless policy for all events in order to streamline the transaction process and provide our guests with a more efficient and secure experience. We encourage our guests to come prepared with alternative forms of payment, such as credit or debit cards, in order to avoid any inconvenience.
GENERAL ENTRY POLICY
To provide the safest environment possible for guests, staff and performers alike, Slush Puppie Place retains the right to ensure that various items do not enter the building.
BAG POLICY: All purses and bags may not exceed a size larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, no computer bags, no backpacks, no camera bags, no coolers, no luggage of any kind, or briefcases. Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags and other prohibited items to their vehicle before venue entry. There will be no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the venue.
SMOKING POLICY: (including e-cigarettes or vaporizers) anywhere inside the Arena, including Washrooms, Concourse, and Emergency Exits is strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind inside the venue will result in ejection from the venue without compensation.
CAMERA POLICY
