As the anticipated The End Is Nero Tour stop at Slush Puppie Place approaches, attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive early, aiming for at least 30 minutes before the show starts. This early arrival is crucial for several reasons: it helps avoid potential lines, ensures a smoother entry process, and provides time for parking, grabbing refreshments, and don’t forget to check out the merchandise table before the show begins!

Kindly note that the LaSalle Causeway is currently closed to all motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians until further notice. We strongly recommend planning your journeys to and from the venue ahead of time to prevent any inconvenience or delays.

PARKING

WILL CALL
Patrons who have tickets being held at Will Call may pick up their tickets at any time during box office hours unless specific instructions were stated at the time of purchase. The Will Call is located at the Box Office (Gate 4). A valid photo ID is required in order to pick up tickets.

GENERAL ENTRY POLICY
To provide the safest environment possible for guests, staff and performers alike, Slush Puppie Place retains the right to ensure that various items do not enter the building.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to all purses, bags or containers larger than 14”x 14”x 6”, no computer bags, no backpacks, no camera bags, no coolers, no cinch bags, no luggage of any kind, or briefcases. Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags and other prohibited items to their vehicle prior to venue entry. There will be no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the venue.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaporizers) anywhere inside the Arena, including Washrooms, Concourse, and Emergency Exits is strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind inside the venue will result in ejection from the venue without compensation.
