Know Before You Go
Tickets & Entry
- Gates open 60 minutes before puck drop — arrive early to grab your seats and skip the rush.
- Enter through Gates 1–4. Gates 1 and 2 have ramped sidewalk entrances; Gates 3 and 4 are level with the sidewalk.
Parking
- Slush Puppie Place uses a dispersed parking model — park at nearby municipal lots and on-street spaces rather than at the arena.
- Closest lots: Frontenac Lot (1-min walk) and Barrack Street Lot (3-min walk).
- Plan ahead with the Downtown Event Parking Availability Map and full parking details via The City of Kingston.
Drop-Off & Rideshare
- Designated drop-off area on the south side of The Tragically Hip Way, between Ontario and King Streets.
- Please leave the drop-off zone closest to the lobby doors for fans with disabilities and seniors.
- Taxi phones available inside Gate 4; rideshare (Uber) drop-offs use the same designated area.
Accessibility
- Accessible parking spaces in the Frontenac Lot, plus accessible spaces on King Street between Queen and The Tragically Hip Way.
- Wheelchair seating available — please inform ticketing staff when booking.
- All four concession stands are fully accessible. Event staff can assist with drop-off, entry, and seating.
Concessions
- Four concession stands throughout the venue. All accept cash (excluding the Brewhouse, Fan Deck, and standalone kiosks).
